People in the West Bay area are being encouraged to 'take action now' as the area has been issued with a flood warning.
It comes as the entire west Dorset Dorset is on flood alert.
West Bay
The Environment Agency has issued the warning due to rising tidal levels.
It says flooding is expected and those in the area should take action to protect themselves and their property, including implementing a flood plan should you have one.
The warning covers the Esplanade, Quayside, Heron Court, Forty Foot Way, Driftwood, George Street, Swains Row, The Old Timberyard, Station Way, Pier Terrace and East Beach in West Bay.
Members of the public are advised to avoid contact with, walk or drive through flood water.

Alerts mean flooding is possible and you should 'be prepared', acting on a flood plan now if you have one.
Advice is to avoid using low lying footpaths or entering areas prone to flooding.
