The closure of a lane at Eype near Bridport continues due to tree cutting works on behalf of internet service provider Jurassic Fibre.
The temporary closure on Mount Lane is allowing workers safe access to carry out tree cutting for pole clearance.
The closure is in place from the entrance to Highlands End Holiday Park to Hookery Nook, which is a distance of around 800 metres.
The works began on Monday, November 28 and it is hoped that they will be completed by Friday, December 9.
During this time there will be no specified alternative route for diverted traffic and all vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along the route.
