A crash led to long queues on the A35 this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Winterbourne Abbas shortly before 2.30pm.
One vehicle was involved in a collision, police said.
It resulted in heavy traffic in both directions near the petrol station.
There are no reports of any injuries and vehicle recovery was requested.
