TWELVE roads across Dorset will close in November as resurfacing work continues.
The maintenance uses a variety of of surface treatments in order to repair road damage.
Dorset Highways’ annual road maintenance programme includes a mixture of surface dressing as well as patching, micro-surfacing, road preservation and resurfacing.
Road closures will be between 9am and 4pm unless otherwise specified.
- West Lane, Stoborough – 31 October and 1 November
- Moreton Crossroads – 1 to 4 November
- Watery Lane, Tincleton – 2 to 4 November
- A35, Slepe – 7 to 8 November, road closed 8pm to 6am (1 night shift)
- East Burton Road, Wool – 7 to 21 November
- A35 Upton Bypass – 8 to 13 November, eastbound from the slip road leading to Upton Roundabout to the slip road leading to Upton Gateway Roundabout. Lane one and slip roads will be closed 24/7 and lane two will be closed 8pm to 6am
- Lewell to Woodsford – 14 to 17 November
- Wimborne Road, Tarrant Keyneston – 16 to 22 November
- St Georges Drive, Ferndown – 22 to 23 November
- Harbour Way, Sherborne – 23 to 25 November
- St Aldhelm’s Road, Sherborne – 24 to 25 November
- B3091 Parsonage Lane Cranbourne – 28 November to 7 December
