A flood alert has been issued for West Bay.
It covers the harbour area and warns the public to 'be prepared' as flooding is possible this morning.
According to the Environment Agency, the alert has been issued due to the high tide forecast at 7:15am today (Wednesday, October 26).
Areas most at risk include the harbour and the tidal stretch of the River Brit.
Flooding is possible two hours either side of high tide time.
The Environment Agency states: "Please be careful along beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths and roads as large waves and sea spray could be dangerous."
