A window firm won the race to a top award for customer satisfaction.
Athlete and gold medallist Kriss Akabusi presented staff from Heavers of Bridport with their National Customer Satisfaction Award.
As presenter of the ceremony Kriss gave an inspirational speech about motivation and reaching goals.
It was the 16th time the glazing firm has won the honour and alongside the collective award there was individual success for managing director Ross Heaver who was presented with an award for being the longest standing member of the Independent Network.
It was quite the night for Mr Heaver, who also got the winning bid for the signed rugby ball from the Australia vs Fiji 2019 World Cup match. The proceeds were split between three charities; Cancer Research UK, We Mind & Kelly Matters and MNDA Motor-neurone Disease Association.
Heavers of Bridport is a local, third generation, family business and has been trading for 62 years.
A spokesman said: "We would like to thank all of their customers for leaving such glowing reviews. It has been a strange couple of years for the industry, coping with supplier lead-times and raw material shortages, alongside Heavers' high volumes of enquiries and orders.
"Customer satisfaction has always been at the forefront of our business and the company has developed by listening carefully to customers' feedback to ensure the service provided is the best it can be. We are delighted to be awarded for our hard work."
