More than half of the homes at a new town development have been reserved.
A show home is now open at Monmouth Park, a development of 47 new homes in Lyme Regis.
The development, by Blakesley Estates, is a collection of traditionally designed two, three, four and five bedroom homes.
An open day is planned for Saturday, October 22 to coincide with the first completions on site. Visitors will have an opportunity to view the show home as well as other house designs at the development.
Features include bespoke kitchens with solid Silestone worktops, underfloor heating to the ground floor, integrated appliances and built-in wardrobes. All properties are freehold and come with two parking spaces plus a rear garden.
The location is proving popular with a range of buyers from first time buyers to second-steppers and investors, developers say.
The government's Help to Buy scheme is available on some plots.
Helen Asteris, of Savills residential development sales team, says: “We have seen a good number of off-plan reservations, with buyers attracted by the location and build quality, and we anticipate continued high levels of interest in the remaining properties.”
Pre booking is recommended for the open day.
