A much-loved seafood shop has reopened after almost four months.
Samways, at West Bay, closed in mid-April for refurbishment.
The popular shop reopened its doors today and staff have thanked customers for their patience during the long wait.
A spokesman for Samways said: "We have knocked down half the dividing wall to open up the space, re-done the lights and new ceiling. All new plumbing installed for sink and filleting area.
"As well as our usual fresh seafood we plan to stock lots of local, environmentally-friendly produce from local vendors.
"We want to thank our customers for their patience, while we worked hard improving our much loved shop for many more years of doing what we do best… selling beautifully fresh fish."
