Reports of slow traffic on the B3157 Goose Hill
A crash is causing delays on the coast road.
Emergency services were called to Portesham at around 11.30am today.
The crash has been described as 'serious' by Dorset Police, with motorists advised to avoid the area.
A force spokesman said: "The B3157 at Goose Hill, Portesham, is closed both ways due to a serious injury RTC that occurred near Frys Close.
"There are delays and we would ask motorists to please avoid the area while emergency services deal with the incident."
