Bridport Community Hospital
Bridport Hospital's Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) will be closed today and tomorrow due to Covid-related staff absences, it has been announced.
A spokesman for Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust, which runs the site, said: "If people in the Bridport area have any injuries or ailments which require urgent attention, we would urge them to go online or call NHS 111 for expert advice. If face-to-face treatment is required, they will be given an appointment at another local MIU.
"The Trust thanks the public for their understanding at this time."
