West Milton is opening its gardens again this weekend – Saturday, June 11 and Sunday, June 12 – from 2pm to 6pm.
This picturesque west Dorset village is welcoming visitors to wander around a variety of its gardens, big and small, hilltop and riverside, tame and wild.
Organisers of the initiative say that delicious teas, local cider and ice creams await you, as well as a local plant and produce stall.
There is easy parking for cars and a charming walking route links all the gardens for the more energetic.
The fee is £5 per adult and is valid for both days. Children are free and dogs are allowed on leads. All this is in aid of Powerstock Church.
A spokesman said: “Why not treat yourselves to a relaxing and inspiring afternoon in our village?”
