REPORTS of violence and sexual offences were the highest reported crime in March, according to the latest police data.
Figures from police.uk show there were a total of 1,746 crimes reported across the county in March.
Violence and sexual offences was the most reported crime - with 620 reports - across Dorset in March.
This was followed by anti-social behaviour which was reported 450 times in the same month.

Across the county the third highest crime was criminal damage and arson which received 188 reports.
Shoplifting (71), burglary (85) and vehicle crime (58) all received similar rates of reports throughout March in the Dorset Council area.
The lowest reported crimes were theft from a person (2), possession of weapons (13) and bicycle theft (14).
