VALUABLES including a bag and bank cards were stolen from a car at a tourist hotspot earlier this week.
Police confirmed that the items were taken from an unattended vehicle parked on Eggardon Hill on Sunday, April 10.
As a result, Dorset Police have warned people to ensure that no valuables are left in cars, particularly in isolated areas.
A Bridport Police spokesperson said: “There has been a theft from a vehicle on Eggardon Hill.
"On the afternoon of Sunday, April 10 unknown offenders stole a bag, containing bank cards, from an unattended vehicle.
“Please do not leave any items of value inside unattended vehicles, especially if parked in an isolated area.”
