The Ropemakers pub
An art auction is taking place in Bridport this evening (Thursday) in a fundraiser for Ukraine.
A total of 52 artworks by well-known local artists will be going under the hammer.
The event is being held at the Ropemakers pub in West Street from 6pm.
People will be invited to bid for work from the likes of Gerry Dudgeon, Marian Young, Caroline Ireland, David Brooke, and others.
There will be music during the evening including from Show of Hands star Phil Beer.
The compere is Chris Deacon and Richard Payne-Withers will be conducting the auction.
All proceeds to the Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.
