BEAMINSTER will once again be hosting its annual week-long Festival of Music and Arts, taking place from Sunday, June 26 to Sunday, July 3.

Beaminster Festival Chairman Philip Crawford said: "It is wonderful to be able to look forward to a Beaminster Festival this summer.
"After two years of lockdown we are hopefully emerging into a more relaxed and safer world.
"Our artistic director has arranged an exciting programme of music, literature, theatre and art with something for everyone. We have outdoor theatre, marvellous music in the church including the Carducci Quartet with Emma Johnson, Raphael Wallfisch, cello and the Connaught Brass Quintet. There is an Opera Gala evening, jazz, a folk night at the school and a free family picnic with ceilidh dancing.
"We hope you'll join us in celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Beaminster Festival."
