THREE vehicles were involved in a crash on a key Dorset route earlier today, which led to traffic delays.
The collision occurred on the A35 at the Lyme Regis roundabout where the road meets the A3052.
Police confirmed that officers did attend and there were no serious injuries to report as a result of the crash.
A spokeswoman for Dorset Police said: “We received a report at 4.25pm on Thursday February 17 of a three vehicle collision on the A35 at the Lyme Regis roundabout.
“Officers did attend. There are no reports of any serious injuries.
“Recovery has been requested for two of the vehicles.”
Traffic began to clear just before 5.30pm, around an hour after the initial report.
