East Hill near Evershot
A ROAD in Dorset has been partially blocked this morning due to a ‘collapsed manhole’.
An issue with a utility cover has blocked part of East Hill between Evershot and Holywell, off the A37, reports Travel Dorset.
The report came in just after 9.30am of the collapsed manhole, with an investigation currently under way.
A spokesperson for Travel Dorset said: “East Hill between Evershot and Holywell blocked due to a problem with utility manhole covers and chambers, currently under investigation.”
Traffic is said to be 'coping well' despite the incident.
