'The Vale' a 90 minute documentary created by Lawrence Moore - the producer of the first ever television documentary on climate change - and his wife Shirley Booth Moore, was shown at the Bridport Arts Centre.
The film was made over a number of years and is a celebration of the Marshwood Vale through the seasons. The film focuses on many people throughout 'the Vale', including farmers, poets, craftspeople and artists.
Mr and Mrs Moore are seasoned filmmakers who live in the Bridport area, and have fallen in love with the beauty of the changing landscape and the friendliness of those work and live in the area..
The film was received very well by those in attendance at the arts centre and a second screening is expected to be aired sometime in the future.
