THERE is still time to sign up for a trek challenge in aid of a hospice charity.
Weldmar Hospicecare is holding the Jurassic Coast Challenge on September 26, where participants can trek a distance of 13 or 26 miles to fundraise for the charity.
The 26-mile trekkers will start at Durdle Door and walk along the coastline to Worth Matravers where they will be joined by the 13-mile trekkers for the second half of the journey which ends at Studland.
A spokesman for Weldmar, a specialist end of life care charity supporting people living in Dorset, said: "This stretch of coastline is renowned for its natural beauty but also for its hills. Trekkers will be tested by the numerous inclines and declines."
Participants must be aged 16 or over and all receive a pasty and glass of fizz at the finish lines.
There will be Covid safety measures in place including social distancing, phased start times and online registration.
For more information and to sign up, visit the Weldmar Hospicecare website.
