TWO VILLAGE fingerposts have been refurbished courtesy of grant funding.
Two Bradpole parish fingerposts have now been fully refurbished. The fingerpost at Watford Lane has been fully restored and the Mangerton Lane fingerpost had been fully refurbished and put back into position. Work is now underway to restore the final fingerpost on Higher Street.
The refurbishing work has been made possible thanks to a grant from countryside charity, CPRE, and funding from, the parish council.
Bradpole Parish Council said: "The work of refurbishing the posts has been down to the amazing hard work and commitment of volunteers keen to see these local landmarks fully restored.
The fingerpost at Watford Lane has already been fully restored and work is now underway to restore the final fingerpost located at Higher Street, Bradpole.
