NEW planning applications decided in the Bridport area this week include an application to convert an outbuilding at a Stoke Abbot farm into three homes.
Dorset Council has agreed the conversion proposals for Stoke Knapp Farm in Norward Lane.
Other approved plans include an application to replace a pool house and the partial replacement and alterations to a cottage annexe and to the main house at Little Hill, Taylor’s Lane, Morcombelake. The application also includes the building of a car port and bicycle shed.
New applications lodged with the council include – 3 The Brit, Beaminster, remove rear chimney; 34 Annings Lane, Burton Bradstock, replacement garage; 48 West Street, Abbotsbury, erection of greenhouse, office, workshop, summerhouse, two sheds and replace three windows at the rear of the house, amendments to old stone shed and old stone privy.
