RESIDENTS are being urged to donate unwanted clothes to support injured firefighters.
The Fire Fighters Charity has seen its fundraising events severely limited as a result of the pandemic.
One of the ways the charity can continue to support injured crew members and their families is through clothes banks, such as the one at Bridport Fire Station.
A spokesman from Bridport Fire Station said: "Lots of things have had a negative impact due to the pandemic and one of those is the inability to be able to carry out fundraising events on stations.
"The Fire Fighters Charity relies on such events and the generosity of communities to help fund for injured fire fighters and their families.
"One way you can still help is by bringing your unwanted clothes to clothes banks located at some stations."
