CAMPAIGNERS looking to launch a scheme which would allow older residents to experience the thrill of a cycle ride are seeking volunteer 'pilots'.
Cycling Without Age was set up to allow elderly people and care home residents to go out on 'trishaw' cycle rides.
A trishaw is a passenger cart, with is pulled along by a cyclist.
Cycling Without Age Bridport is now looking for volunteers to 'pilot' the vehicles this summer.
A JustGiving campaign was launched earlier in the year, with the aim of bringing the international initiative to Bridport. So far, the campaign has raised around £400 of its £4,000 target.
