A HIGHLY acclaimed artist will be exhibiting his work in West Bay from this month.
Julian Bailey, known for his brightly coloured paintings and drawings, will be exhibiting drypoint prints at Sladers Yard in West Bay from Saturday, July 17 until Sunday, September 12.
Mr Bailey's Dorset landscapes are in private and public collections throughout Great Britain and the USA. His work has been shown at Sladers Yard since 2009.
The exhibition will focus on Mr Bailey's life drawing works, which he has been developed over the last three or four years.
Julian Bailey's drypoint prints will join the works of Martyn Brewster, Michael Fairclough, Vanessa Gardiner, Janette Kerr and Alex Lowery at Sladers Yard's first Summer Prints and Drawings show.
He has also produced a new hardcover book, called Hold the Pose, to coincide with the exhibition. The book will be available from the gallery.
