BEER, sweets, oranges, cheese and plenty more will be available at this week's garden glut event.
The weekly Garden Glut and Food Surplus Stall will take place in St Swithun's Church in North Allington today from 9am until 12.30pm.
Available at the stall will be; fresh vegetables from the Co-op, boxes of preserves and beer from Washingpool Farm Shop, sweets from Grape Tree, oranges, bread and cheese from Morrisons, and canned food along with more bread and vegetables from the Community Fridge. Donations from Waitrose and Rise Market and Bakery are also expected.
All produce is available for free or for a donation - all donations go back into running the stall.
The event is organised by the Bridport Food Group, Bridport Community Fridge and Transition Town.
Covid restrictions will be in place. Those who attend are asked to wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser available.
