Open-air theatre is heading to Dorset villages this summer.
Geoffrey Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales will be performed by acclaimed actor David Mynne next month.
You can see the bawdy classic at Cerne Abbas Vicarage Garden at 7.30pm on Friday, July 23 (Call 07823 778758 to book), at Powerstock Hut Terrace at 2pm and 6pm on Saturday, July 24 (Call 01308 485730 to book), or at Morden Village Hall Field at 2pm on Sunday, July 25 (Call 01929 459217 to book).
The production is touring to the three rural venues with Artsreach, the county’s touring arts charity.
Expect archaic naughtiness and nonsense from veteran actor David Mynne.
Tickets must be booked in advance and full details about the event are available when booking. The production is suitable for those aged 12 and above.
