A Lyme Regis butcher has taken home three prizes in a nationally-recognised competition.
Dan Bolton, of Lyme Regis Butchers on Broad Street, has been awarded three gold prizes in the first phase of this year's Taste of the West Product Awards.
Three of Mr Bolton's creations – a lamb and mint burger, a pork and black pudding sausage and a pork sausage each received a gold award.
He is known as one of the best sausage-makers in the country, having previously competed in the Young Butcher of the Year finals and Champion of Champions Sausage finals.
Taste of the West is an initiative started in 1991, which promote and support fantastic local food and drink from this region.
