A VICTIM support group in Dorset is raising awareness for Romany Gypsies and travellers who may have been victim to hate crime.
Victim Support Dorset are reaching out to victims to contact the charity as part of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History Month, which runs throughout June.
The rally call for victims to reach out comes after a Romany Gypsy group travelled to Weymouth and Bridport throughout the recent bank holiday weekend between May 28 and May 31.
A spokeswoman from Victim Support Dorset said: "This Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History Month, we want to remind you that we’re here to support anyone who experiences crime, regardless of the community they are from.
"You can get in contact, any time."
If concerned, members of the public can contact a Supportline on: 0808 1689 111
