Admitted, without lawful excuse, at East Street, Bridport, destroying a bottle of vodka to the value of £17.49 belonging to Spar stores. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay victim surcharge of £22 and to pay costs of £40.
JAMES ROBERT GEORGE ROBINSON, aged 26, of Old Church Road, Bridport. Admitted, at Bridport, possession of a quantity of cocaine, a controlled drug of class A. Fined £200. To pay a victim surcharge of £34 and to pay costs of £85. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
BENJAMIN MICHAEL BEST, aged 21, of St Andrews Road, Bridport. Admitted being in possession of 2.1 grams of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B. Fined £150. To pay a victim surcharge of £34 and to pay costs of £85.
VICTORIA RACHAEL EMMETT, also known as VICTORIA RACHAEL SHINTON, aged 27, of Queens Walk, Lyme Regis. Admitted assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay compensation of £100, victim surcharge of £22, and costs of £50. Also admitted, at Lyme Regis, without lawful excuse, damaging a vehicle to the value between £300 and £400. No separate penalty.
DARRYL HICKS, aged 29, of Hogshill Mead, Beaminster. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. No adjudication - dealt with for breach offence. Fined £100 and to pay costs of £60.
