POLICE are warning the public to 'remain vigilant' after an early hours break-in at a property in West Dorset.
Officers were called to a property in the Netherbury area during the early hours on Saturday after reports of stolen gardening tools.
In response to the break-in, police are now asking that any suspicious activity be reported to the police and for the public to remain vigilant.
A spokesman from Dorset Police said: "In the early hours of Saturday May 15, there was a break to a garage in the Netherbury area.
"Offenders stole a petrol leaf blower and a strimmer.
"If anyone has any information, please contact us on 101.
"Please also remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to us on 101 at the time, or 999 if you believe a crime is being committed."
