NO new coronavirus deaths have been recorded in Dorset hospitals, latest figures have confirmed.
Data released by NHS England shows that no Covid-19 related deaths have been recorded across the county’s hospitals in recent days.
Since the start of the pandemic the total number of people to have died at Dorset County Hospital remains at 111.
The total number of Covid-19 at Dorset Healthcare Universities Trust since the start of the pandemic is 73.
Death rates across the county have continued to fall since the rollout of the vaccination programme.
Figures show that 737 people have died of coronavirus in University Hospitals Dorset (UHD) since the start of the pandemic - with the last recorded death on May 3.
UHD incorporates the former Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals Trust, as well as Poole Hospital.
