A FARM vehicle was stolen from a west Dorset location and police are appealing for witnesses.
Between 6.30pm on Friday, March 12 and 7.30am on Saturday, March 13, unknown offenders stole an agricultural vehicle, known as a telehandler, from an isolated area near Chedington.
The item was later located in a field in Somerset and has been returned to the owner.
Bridport Police has urged residents to contact them if they witness any suspicious behaviour.
A spokesman said: "Please be vigilant and report any suspicious activity to us on 101, or if you believe a crime is in progress, call 999.
"If you have any information about the above crime, perhaps you saw a telehandler transported between these times in the area, please call us on 101, or report it online."
