UNEMPLOYED west Dorset residents can take advantage of a free cob house building course.
Uplyme-based Edwards & Eve Cob Building is offering its hands-on ‘complete cob house building course’ to 12 unemployed or economically inactive people living in Dorset.
The company is able to offer this free of charge thanks to the Education and Skills Funding Agency Grant it has been awarded.
This cob building course is designed to give you the skills to start a career in heritage building work or start your own cob house building project. Or perhaps you are just looking for a unique outdoor experience to help boost your confidence or well-being.
There will be two courses running starting on Tuesday, April 13 or Thursday, April 15.
For more information and reserve a place on the course, call 07766 220526 or email Charlotte Eve, Education Director, at charlotteevemusic@hotmail.co.uk
