A support group has been launched for those caring for people with mental health issues
A SUPPORT group is being set up for residents who provide care to someone with mental health issues.
The Harmony Centre for Mental Health will be hosting a care group on Tuesday, March 16 to provide emotional support to anyone who is a carer to a person with mental health issues.
This will be the first event in a series of monthly confidential support groups, the aim of which is to focus on the participants and their own emotional wellbeing in comfortable and safe surroundings.
The first support group will take place at the Assembly Rooms on Gundry Lane from 7pm to 8.30pm, with social distancing measures in place.
