A WALKING initiative has been launched for those looking for a 'breath of fresh air' during lockdown.
The Breath of Fresh Air walking group invites new and expectant parents and their children and bumps alike, for walks around Bridport's green spaces. The walk is led by Clare of ClarityDoula, a Bridport-based organisation which provides support to new and expectant parents, who began the initiative.
The walks typically cover around three kilometres and take place on Thursdays at 10.30am and Tuesdays at 11.15am
The walks are limited to 15 adults under the lockdown guidelines for support groups so those attending have to book in advance by filling in a form on the group's Facebook page. If you plan to bring along any others, for example a partner or parents, along with any children over the age of 5, let the organisers know as this will count towards the group's numbers.
