HEALTH bosses are encouraging residents to participate in a survey to help improve eye care services offered in Dorset.
NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is running the survey to gain a greater understanding of what service users need from their eye care.
The CCG is looking to hear from anyone who has attended either of the eye emergency departments at Dorset County Hospital or the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospital, those who have received treatment or monitoring for eye conditions, or those who have had treatment or monitoring at community sites, arranged through Evolutio Care Innovations Ltd.
A spokesman for the CCG said: "If you have recently used eye care services in Dorset, or if you are a carer for someone who has, we would like to hear about your experiences.
"We want to create a service that is truly patient centred and your feedback will help us to do this."
The survey is open until February 28, 2021. To participate, visit www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/V933LC6
