ORGANISERS of a popular seafront jazz festival are determined that the show goes ahead this year.
Lyme Regis' Jazz Jurassica festival is set to take place this May, with social distancing measures in place.
The festival was one of many events which had to be cancelled last year as a result of the first national lockdown.
Jazz Jurassica, is traditionally held over the bank holiday weekend in venues throughout Lyme Regis. The last festival which went ahead, in 2019, was hailed as the organisations most successful event to date.
Audiences packed venues and the the seafront for the festival's four-day musical extravaganza, which featured the likes of a 23-piece big band from Norway, a 10-piece brass funk band and a 13-person strong gospel choir.
The organisers say announcements on tickets and the line up will be coming soon.
