A site north of The Green, Beaminster has been approved for the siting of a temporary compound for use during the town’s water main refurbishment works.
The compound, 20 by 30metres, will be accessed via an existing field gate and will include a site office cabin and a storage container, contained by a 1.8metre fence.
The site is close to the grade two listed Beaminster Manor park and garden.
