AS SCHOOLCHILDREN return to learning from home as a result of the pandemic, rotary clubs are appealing for the donation of laptops and tablets to assist pupils with their learning.
Bridport Rotary Club and Brit Valley Rotary Club have issued an appeal to members of public to donate any surplus laptops and tablets to pupils who do not have adequate equipment to learn from home.
The equipment will be distributed to pupils at local schools who do not have the necessary equipment.
The rotary clubs have asked that laptops are be no more than five years old and must be reset to their factory settings, whilst any tablets and iPads should be less than three years old.
If you have any surplus equipment you are able to donate, contact email secretary@bridportrotary.org.uk for further details.
