THE BRIDPORT Vegan Market has been postponed until further notice.

The popular vegan market on Barrack Street is cancelled indefinitely, starting from this weekend.

The town council made the decision this week, noting that they hope to be able to bring the market back as soon as possible.

A spokesman for Bridport Town Council said: "Unfortunately events have overtaken us and yes we have had to cancel the Vegan Market.

"We are offering any food stalls the opportunity to trade on Bridport Street Market.

"We will as soon as we are allowed be starting up again on Barrack St to bring back the highly successful Vegan Market."
