Looking for something to eat this lockdown? A local duo have opened up a pop-up burger shack.
Andrew Tyrell and Joel Gostling, who run the Goose and Badger pop-up restaurants will launch the takeaway service this Saturday, January 9 from the Soulshine Café in South Street.
Mr Gostling said: “With yet another closure, we decided this time we weren’t going sit and wait it out. Instead we’ve turned our pop up restaurant into a pop up burger shack. Our beef is well aged and grass fed as it should be. Bacon is reared and cured just down the road. Chicken is free range and our veggie patties are made by Andrew Tyrrell with love.
"Buns are also baked by Andy everyday, sauces are made from scratch and the salad is organically grown locally.”
The shack will operate from Wednesday to Saturday between 4pm and 9pm. You must order in advance then collect.
