A GUEST chef supper is being held at Brassica Restaurant in Beaminster on Wednesday, March 11.
Acclaimed chef Emily Watkins will be providing the food. Emily owned The Kingham Plough in the Cotswolds with her husband Miles, before moving to West Dorset. The Kingham Plough consistently featured on Estrella Damm's Top 50 Gastropubs in the UK.
Prior to owning the pub and restaurant, Emily worked in restaurants in Italy and then with Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck in Bray. In the 2014 series of Great British Menu, Emily won a place in the final banquet at St Paul’s Cathedral with her fish dish, Fight Them on the Beaches, inspired by her grandfathers, who both fought in the Second World War.
A full menu and tickets will be available soon.
