There’s only a few days left to try out a selection of UK and worldwide gins as the gin festival comes to an end this weekend.

The Greyhound is coming to the end of a 17-day gin festival on Sunday.

The pub in East Street, Bridport is serving gins from Sweden, USA and Moldova as well as gins produced in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

There are flavoured gins - including pineapple and mango, cucumber, peach and hibiscus, rhubarb and rosehip, lemon and jasmine - classic gins, gin liqueurs as well as a distilled non-alcoholic.

Among the UK gins are, The Lakes Rhubarb and Rosehip Gin Liqueur, Jawbox Pineapple and Ginger Gin Liqueur, Zymurgorium FlaGingo Pink Gin and Sipsmith Gin Strawberries and Cream.

The overseas gins include Aviation Gin from the USA, Tower Bridge London Dry Gin from Moldova and Ceders Crisp from Sweden.

The pub is offering a range of mixers, which are included in the price of the gin.

Tasting notes on all gins are available at the pub, as well as its regular range of gins.

Stephen Newstead, The Greyhound manager, said: “We have sourced an excellent range of gins which have not previously been available in the pub.

“We are confident that our customers will enjoy trying the different gins which each have their own unique appeal.”
