Many people will be starting their three-day weekend when they finish work today, enjoying another bank holiday.

Although the weather won’t be as glorious, sunny and hot as the Easter Bank Holiday, it is set to be dry across west Dorset this weekend.

It will be a cloudy but sunny start in Bridport on Saturday with temperatures hitting 17C at 1pm, which will stay consistent until the evening when it will drop to 14C.

Sunday starts of cloudy with temperatures fluctuating between 13 and 16C throughout the day and into the evening. The chance of rain is only 10 per cent, rising to 20 per cent at 4pm.

Temperatures are a bit cooler on Monday, starting at 11C at 7am and rising to 14C at 1pm but it is also looking like it will stay dry throughout the day.

Lyme Regis will see a sunny start on Saturday with the cloud coming in around 1pm. However, the sun looks set to return around 7pm with temperatures rising from 12C to 17C.

Lyme will also have a cloudy Sunday with the same chances of rain and temperatures remaining between 13C and 16C throughout the day.

Monday will be mostly cloudy with highs of 14C with the sun trying to come out around 7pm.

There won’t be hot sun for the whole weekend, but it hoped to be dry for the many events going on throughout the weekend.
