Drivers in Lyme Regis are being warned to expect delays following a burst water main.
Silver Street is currently closed both ways to allow for South West Water to carry out the repair work.
Arrangements such as traffic control are currently being arranged so the leak can be repaired as soon as possible.
A spokesman for South West Water said: "We are currently attending to a burst water main on Silver Street. There is no interruption to customer water supply and we aim to have the repair finished by the end of the day (Friday, August 24).
