THE historic passenger ship Balmoral steamed into West Bay this week.
She docked at the harbour to take on around 500 passengers for a special day cruise along the Jurassic coast, before travelling on to Bournemouth via the Isle of Wight.
The famous vessel was one of the first VIP visitors to West Bay last year following completion of the multi-million pound harbour improvements scheme.
She is the biggest boats to tie up alongside the new west pier and Harbourmaster James Radcliffe said everything went very smoothly
