A SUPER special guest descended on Lyme Regis this week - Hollywood star Henry Cavill.
The 31-year-old British actor, known for starring in superman-movie Man Of Steel and in television series The Tudors, visited the Harbour Inn for lunch during a stay in the town.
Senior bar supervisor at the Inn, Julie Tween, said: "When I was serving him I did a double take and I was just like, 'oh my god, it's Superman'.
"I said 'oh, it is you', and I asked if he would mind having a picture because I love the movie.
"He said 'not at all, go and get your phone', he was very chilled out and has amazing blue eyes."
She added: "He said he was having a good time in Lyme and had been here for a couple of days."
Mrs Tween said she believed Mr Cavill was having a meeting to discuss an upcoming film, possibly Batman v Superman.
"He is in between filming at the moment, he said, but he wouldn't give much away."
