A NEW approach to law is the thinking behind Bridport’s newest firm of solicitors.
“For some time I have believed there was an opportunity in Bridport for a legal firm with a new approach” said Saul Kelleher of The Commercial Law Practice.
The business opened its West Street offices in the middle of August with a promise to simplify a profession that all too often seems hard to understand.
The Commercial Law Practice policy is to keep things simple, explain everything, have a clear pricing system and turn things round as quickly as possible.
The company was founded in 2006 by solicitor Lee Wilkins and already has a Poundbury office specialising in all aspects of commercial law, residential and commercial conveyancing, company and corporate law plus wills and probate. The Bridport office now adds to these skills with Mr Kelleher, a qualified barrister, adding property and boundary disputes, probate disputes, professional negligence claims, employment disputes and equine disputes.
Tonight, September 12, the firm holds its official opening ceremony to welcome clients and explain more about the company ethos.
Mr Kelleher added: “Law doesn’t have to be stuffy. It’s the same as any other business.
“Make sure there is no uncertainty and you won’t get any problems. “Our policy is to have an open door where anyone can call in at any time.
“The response from new clients from the Bridport, Lyme Regis and Beaminster areas has been great. Long may it continue.”
