MOORE Patricia Ellen "Pat" Passed away peacefully on 29th June 2024 aged 84 years. A Dearly loved wife to Jim, mum to David, Paul and James and a much loved granny and great granny, Pat will be missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Yeovil crematorium on Monday 29th July at 12.00 noon.
