BOND Joseph James "Joe" Died peacefully on 23 April 2024 at Dorset County Hospital, aged 84 years. Husband to Jean, father to James and Steve, grandfather to Esme. A memorial service will be held at the Chapel in the Garden, 49 East St, Bridport, on Friday 10th May at 12.00pm, followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only please. We are thankful to the Stroke Unit at Dorset County Hospital for their staff's extraordinary care and kindness. Dear Joe. We never got to say goodbye. You could be the sweetest gentleman and the most cantankerous man. When we had the pub you where always on time for opening telling Keith off for not having the coffee on even making it yourself. Sometimes when l was bored with pool you would come and have a little chat with me. Always interested in my brothers horses we never got there did we.
Being a great friend to Dave enjoying your pool games and nights out. Will be sadly missed by our family.
